This is usually caused by Microsoft Bookings with Me being enabled on your account. Outlook automatically inserts a “Book time to meet with me” scheduling link into new emails and replies.
Try these fixes
Option 1: Remove it from your Outlook signature
– Open Outlook on the web.
– Go to Settings (⚙️) → Mail → Compose and reply.
– Check your email signature. If you see “Book time to meet with me” or a Bookings link, delete it.
Save the changes.
Option 2: Disable “Bookings with Me”
-Open: https://outlook.office.com/bookwithme
-Look for your booking page settings.
-Turn off or disable your personal booking page.
-Save the changes.
Option 3: If it keeps coming back: Your Microsoft 365 administrator may have enabled Bookings with Me for your account or organization, causing Outlook to reinsert the link automatically. In that case, the setting must be changed by an M365 admin.
